Workshops

Change, Presence and the Art of Leadership

Robin Alfred & Gill Emslie

Sunday 27th March, 2011 (5 days)

We have amazing depths of capacity and ingenuity. To access them we need to be awake and present. This workshop will enable you to deepen your capacity to facilitate change in yourself and others and to inspire, influence and generate collective wisdom in a rapidly changing culture.

We will work through mythodrama and Process Work. Both are highly participative and focus on the realisation of the full potential of individuals and groups.

Mythodrama combines story, theatre, archetypal psychology and organisational development theory. Drawing on lessons from Shakespeare's The Tempest we will live into the complex nature of change and learn to be its champion.

Process Work derives from Jung, Taoism, Quantum Physics and shamanism. We will become aware of our underlying intention and innate sense of direction as paths to cultivating presence; and will unfold the meaning in our deepest challenges.

This programme will include individual coaching.
