Gill Emslie

Gill EmslieGill Emslie, Dip. PW works in the fields of organisational development, conflict facilitation, training and coaching. She teaches Process Work in the UK and internationally and works in diverse settings ranging from the Findhorn Ecovillage in Scotland and business networks in Europe, to universities and grassroots organisations in Latin America and South East Asia. She primarily teaches a whole systems approach to leadership, conflict facilitation, group skills, and personal and professional development and is bilingual working in both English and Spanish.

Gill is a founding member and director of the Findhorn Consultancy Service offering organisational development, leadership skills, and team building and staff development services to businesses, organisations and communities.

Gill is also an associate of the International Institute for Facilitation and Consensus where she has worked with staff from the International Development and Research Unit Canada (IRDC), and with staff from Oxfam, UNICEF, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the World Food Programme, and various United Nations departments based in Geneva. She is also a faculty member in the Research Society of Process Orientated Psychology and the Findhorn College
