Gill Emslie, Dipl. PW is an international facilitator, trainer, executive coach and consultant working in settings ranging from business, local government and university to the NGO, social and environmental justice sectors. She works throughout Europe, Latin America and SE Asia, running in-depth training programs and facilitating leadership teams. Her work is process orientated and systemic, fostering change in individuals, teams and organisations.
She has taught leadership development and conflict facilitation at undergraduate and post graduate levels and was a senior manager of the Findhorn Foundation, an NGO providing training on issues of global concern related to sustainability, environment, peace and shelter, whose programs are endorsed by the United Nations. She co-founded the Findhorn Consultancy Service in 1999, and is currently engaged in doctoral studies at the department of Natural Design in the University of Dundee.
Gill's consultancy clients include: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Standard Life, National Children's Bureau, Equal Exchange, Business in the Community Ireland and Greenpeace International.
